What I Use On My Eyebrows

Hello everyone! I seem to get a lot of compliments on my eyebrows and even more questions on how I do them, so I thought I'd dedicate a post to 'How i fill in my eyebrows'. I must admit, my eyebrows are my pride and joy. After years of perfecting and testing out a gazillion different pencils and powders, I finally have the perfect solution.

My eyebrow story started off in college, I was 17 and the 'thin' eyebrow look was cool back then... I was afraid of tweezers so instead I got a small razor and trimmed around them...oh what a silly idea! I ended up with half my eyebrows vanishing, yikes!! Not so cool now eh. So, I took it upon myself to get those baby's back, I was young and didn't know of blogging/youtube back then, so I had no help from the internet and used the little noggin of mine to go out and purchase a dark eyeshadow powder. The colour was a horrendous match and I was fooling nobody. I applied it with a thick eyeshadow brush too, disaster. I then tried Rimmel eyebrow pencils and all the big fancy names, but nothing was right.

Until one day whilst I was browsing though Poundland - And if you even considered pulling a face at that, do not. That shop is amazing. The little gems you come across are the best bargains you'll ever find! I was browsing the beauty section when in front of my very own eyes, eyebrow pencils! Well, that's what I thought until i later found out they were eyeliner pencils! But, they were the perfect colour and I thought what the heck! And not only do you get just one, but two, in a packet accompanied by a sharpener..... so that's two pencils and a sharpener for a pound! (I sound like I live a very boring lifestyle getting excited over that!!) So off i went to the till and purchased those. As soon as I got back I popped it on and hallelujah, I've found my perfect match.

The pencil is by the brand Chit Chat and is a dark brown colour, it goes superbly with my skin tone/hair colour and is so easy to apply. I just fill them in and voila. So if you're a similar shade of hair to me and are in need of a new eyebrow pencil get yourself down to Poundland and snap up a bargain!
